We cannot be responsible for delays, damage, or loss due to negligence by the carrier. We cannot be responsible for losses due to natural causes such as floods, freezing, droughts, insect or disease damage, or improper planting & care of plants. We fill most orders promptly.

We grow, as well as purchase plants from many sources throughout the Southeast and Central South. We cannot absolutely guarantee that every item will be available. Such conditions as droughts, freezes, disease and insects make that impossible for every nursery. When items are depleted, we search diligently for additional plants to satisfy our customer's requests. These are the reasons we offer comparable substitutes or 'Spring' - 'Fall' options.
