Rock Island Wildflowers ships medium-sized, bare-root, dormant plants during the appropriate season. Small to medium sized bare-root plants are less expensive to purchase, they cost less to ship, they are easier to handle by the home gardener, and they get off to a great start when properly transplanted and cared for.
